CHOCOLATE :: single origin chocolate
For me, one of the greatest joys of learning to appreciate the rich flavours of chocolate was the discovery of 'single origin' chocolate. Most chocolate is made from a selection of beans but, if a chocolate is made from both the same variety of cacao bean and from the same region it will take on a unique and distinctive flavour.
As these flavours are more complex and delicate it is advised to allow small amounts of it to slowly melt on the tongue. Occasionally pushing the chocolate against the roof of the mouth will release waves of flavour.
Each bag contains 50g of buttons costing £2.95.
