CHOCOLATE :: flavoured white cacao bars

After finally cracking the white cacao truffle (esentially a dairy free white chocolate truffle) I have been freed to play with the recipe. The first two creations are below with a number of other ones on their way.

The coconut bar was inspired from my childhood love of bounty bars; white chocolate coconut treats was something that I missed greatly for the first few years of my vegan diet. I must admit that since making them I have consumed a disgracefully large amount of them myself, all in the name of quality control .... ahem. The second one was made to satiate my love of pistachios and the sweet crystalized rose petals that I use in the dark chocolate, rose truffles. The distinctive green colour of pistachios give these truffles an exotic colour that is balanced wonderfully with the aftertaste of roses.

This bar weighs a solid n chunky 47g and cost £3.50.
