This is my third recipe book. It contains some deeply personal recipes from my wedding celebration (the almond and lime tart) and from my childhood (the bread pudding).
It also contains some of my regular meals (the broccoli and cauliflower bake) and some meals from the exotic corners of my frazzled brain (the Indonesian rice with fried bananas).
The vegan diet continues to impress me with its immense ability to support a huge variety of flavours and ingredients.
This book was created with the hope that I can show people what I find enjoyable. However, I recommend the reader plays with my recipes and scribbles all over the book with their own alterations and personal desires.
