If people judge me by looking at the friendships I have and the people who enrich my life then I think that I will be judged with more kindness and affection than I sometimes feel I deserve. My friends are beautiful and honourable people who have given me great amusement and support through my projects and my ups and downs. There are many friends in my happy life that have filled me with joy and love and I offer them all my love and affection and my deepest thanks. To Alex and Eleftheria for your ongoing support and tolerance of my constant sarcastic playfulness. To my dear friends in Machynlleth you have taught me new things in the kitchen and showed me great warmth. To Rob and Michael, at a time of my life when my degree finished you have given me more confidence to finally find myself a route to my goal of a restaurant.
