- Order acceptance is subject to stock availability.
- Orders will be sent when full payment has been received.
- Written notice of any claim for damage or shortage must be dated and sent to Hipo Hyfryd
within 10 days after the order has been sent to you. Invoice date must be included.
- During the first 15 days after the order has been sent to you, you are able to return the recipe books, as long as they are undamaged, for a full refund minus postage and packaging charges.
- Hipo Hyfryd reserves the right to change specifications, flavours and prices of any
products at any time.

When you send us an order from our online shop we receive your e-mail, name and postal address. This information is deleted as soon as the order is sent to you. This is to protect your personal information incase the unlikely happens and our machines are a victim of some mischievous bugs.
