A health food shop selling lots of fresh organic vegetables and the usual tasty things found in wholefood shops. This shop though has a restaurant on the second floor which serves some wonderful vegan food.

My local health food shop and also one of my favorite. It reminds me about going into a sweet shop when I was kid because they have lots of lovely things like mangos, goji berries and nuts in a pic n mix, "have as much as you want", style. They also let me try out my experimental ideas out on their customers.

The Centre for Alternative Technology's shop in Machynlleth. They sell a wonderful selection of tasty and rich ingredients for cooking, beautiful sweets and chocolates and local cakes. They sell The Happy Hippo and The Voluptuous Vole recipe book. |

This small deli has a wonderful selection of food including freshly made nibbles that I used to buy when I had my picnics by the river side. They stock our chocolates during christmas and occasionally throughout the year. |

This is a whole food shop that is 100% vegan. I have never visited the shop but when I go to Birmingham next I will definitely be popping in to chat to the friendly couple has run it since 1988. |

A pair of Southampton based vegan walkers that are training for a 190 mile walk from one British coast to another. This is so that they can raise some cash for the St Francis Animal Welfare charity that provides shelter for some of the animals discarded by humans. So if you are feeling philanthropic say hi to them or if you want to adopt a random animal then go visit St Francis Animal Welfare.
